leader are not the people who have born with all capabilities and power to lead people, it is developed by them, by learning right things and taking right actions. Every person is a leader, all he need is a right motivation in right direction.

1.ACT CONFIDENTLY

You are at place and want to make your point heard. don't hold back you need to represent your though. you need to act confidently and this is what you have to learn.

let's say you are the student and teacher ask you the question. many student, even though they know the answer, don't raise there hands. you as a student should raise your hand and answer. if you want to say something, speak.

2. DO NOT SEEK APPROVAL

70% People live as per the society  they live in. they want people approval and acceptance. they attend functions so they can be appreciated. but what if you are in your best cloths and someone disapproves of it ?

Your confidence gets shattered immediately. suppose your are wearing white shirt to functions and someone over there  with the tomato soup collides with you and the soup is all over your shirt. let's say your are nice  and things what will people will say when they look at your shirt.

But when your are an alpha, it wouldn't matter. An alpha would say (jokingly),if other ask about dirt shirt,that he wanted to bath in tomato soup.if you let small stain affect your psychology, then it will shoe on your face and people will notice that.

3.BE STRAIGHT FORWARD

 If you want to say or ask for something, just say it as it is. There is no need to play wit your words.
If you feel that your feedback will help the other person,tell them at it is. IN business you know product worth. Tell them. you should how to put your point across honestly.

4.WHAT WILL PEOPLE SAY

Of you live in this thought of what will people think of you, then it will not help you at all. Let people think what they have to. You have to be as you want to be, and as you want to do. people should not worry you. If you believe you are wearing good dress, then it is a good dress. be in a strong state of mind and people appreciate what you are doing

5. BODY LANGUAGE

I have discovered in a personality development series. you will understand your personality better.
your body language should be open whenever you are communicating using your hands and speaking
with confidence. you have to show, with your body language, that your are leader.

6. Dress well

It doesn't mean that you wear a suit all the time. you can look good in shirt and jeans. It shouldn't be that your shirt is hanging out from one side. If you want to be dominant and alpha, you should dress well.
These are few tips that you can follow and can become a good leader. All you need to do is just follow this tips and achieve you goals,I have done my part
